Costs
Our services are offered on a fixed fee basis as detailed on the relevant website pages. Should you require additional classes for each the search or the registration of your trade mark, we would inform you of this and of any additional fixed fees involved before undertaking any work on your behalf. As all fees are payable online in advance of the work being undertaken you can be assured that no charges will be accumulated and subsequently invoiced to you separately. We operate this transparent charging structure to avoid hourly charging arrangements and give you peace of mind and the ability to budget for our services.

Trade Mark Search
In order to undertake a trade mark search on your behalf we will require some information from you regarding your trade mark and its intended use. An online from is provided for this purpose and we do not require you to identify which classes are relevant to your registration – we are happy to do this for you. Our searches take around ten to twelve working days and the results of the search will be reviewed by us and our report emailed to you without delay. If you require your search to be carried out quicker than this we are happy to help but would work with you offline using the accelerated trade mark searching service provided by Astrum-IP Limited. Although such accelerated searches are also operated using a fixed fee, the charges may be slightly higher.

Trade Mark Registration
Trade Mark Registration using GreenLight is only possible where a Trade Mark Search has been undertaken first and the results indicate that your trade mark is available for registration. This allows us to operate a fixed charge service as we can anticipate any objections that may be raised by the Trade Mark Examiner prior to acceptance. However, we cannot control the opposition process and in the event that a third party opposes your registration after acceptance by the Examiner your application would be handled offline and you would be advised further by Astrum-IP Limited with respect to costs and timescales.

Your privacy
We respect your right to privacy and any information you provide to us will be used only in respect of the instructed trade mark searches, registrations and/or watches. We do not pass your information on to any third party for commercial use. We reserve the right to contact you with details of new GreenLight services that we may launch from time to time, but only if we feel these services may be relevant to you. You have the right to request that we do not contact you in this way and we will respect all such requests.

Communication
All written communications will be by made by email and it is important that you supply us with a valid email address and update us immediately should your email address change. We are also contactable by telephone and we reserve the right to contact you by telephone if the need arises.

Complaints
