GreenLight Brand-Check (to check if your mark is available for registration in the UK)

The UK Trade Marks System classifies goods and services using a system of 45 different classes. However, you do not need to worry about this as our team of European Trade Mark and Design Attorneys will deal with the classification of your goods/services for you. Our all-inclusive price of £175 includes up to three classes at no extra charge – this is usually sufficient for most trade marks. If we feel that you may need coverage in more classes, we will contact you directly to discuss this.

GreenLight Brand-Protect (to register your trade mark at the UK Intellectual Property Office)

Once you have used GreenLight Brand-Check to make sure your trade mark is free for registration, we can register your trade mark for you. Once again, you do not need to worry about finding out what classes you need coverage in – we will do all this for you and our all-inclusive price of £700 includes up to three classes of goods/services. If we feel that you may need coverage in more classes, we will contact you directly to discuss this.

This all-inclusive price covers all your costs unless an opposition is filed by a third party. At this time we would contact you to discuss your options more fully with you so you can decide how you wish to proceed.

GreenLight Brand-Watch (to alert you if anyone else tries to register a similar trade mark in the UK)

If you have a registered Trade Mark, it is important that you keep a watch to see if anyone is trying to register a similar mark in order to prevent the value of your trade mark being diminished. We can do this on your behalf for a fixed fee of £75 per year.

Should anyone try to register a similar trade mark we would alert you immediately and discuss your options with you so that you can decide how you wish to proceed.
