GreenLight Brand-Check - Are you free to use your branding?
GreenLight Brand-Check can check if your trade mark is free for use so you can avoid the pitfalls of trade mark infringement.
We can check if your trade mark is available for registration in the UK. This way you can ensure that your trade mark does not infringe the registered trade mark rights of others. After the search has been completed, one of our team of European Trade Mark and Design Attorneys will contact you with a full report telling you:
- If you are likely to be infringing the registered rights of others; and
- If your trade mark is free for registration in the UK.
We will also contact an Examiner at the Trade Marks Registry of the United Kingdom Intellectual Property Office (previously the UK Patent Office) on your behalf to find out if they would be prepared to register your trade mark if you were to file a UK Trade Mark Application. This way you know if your trade mark application would be accepted before you incur the costs of the application.
